Be advised of our Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are to be advised in writing: if written notice is received more than one calendar month in advance = every effort will be made to refund the deposit, less an admin fee of R100-00; if received between one calendar month & eight days prior to arrival = 100% of DEPOSIT will be forfeited; if received seven days or less prior to arrival  = 100% of payment will be forfeited, unless we are able to fill the vacant room/s, in which case only the admin fee of R100 will be retained.
